These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and ac777a ("ac777a", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ac777a online gaming platform available at ac777a.net (the "Platform").

ac777a reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account where these Terms are found to have been breached, where fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, or where required to do so by applicable regulation.

ac777a processes all financial transactions in PKR. The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit at ac777a is 500 PKR via Easypaisa or JazzCash. Minimum deposits via bank transfer (HBL, UBL, MCB) may differ and are displayed at the cashier.
• Accepted payment methods: ac777a accepts Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB and Visa/Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposit ownership: You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of funds.

• Bonus funds: Bonus PKR balances are not available for withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before clearing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• No chargeback: Chargebacks, payment reversals or disputes filed with payment providers in relation to legitimate ac777a gaming transactions are considered a material breach of these Terms. ac777a reserves the right to recover costs associated with such chargebacks.

ac777a offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including but not limited to the Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, free spins and cashback offers. The following general rules apply to all bonus offers unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Abuse: ac777a reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where bonus abuse, hedging, or exploitation of promotion terms is detected. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation, placing opposing bets across accounts or using automated tools to generate wagering volume.
• Withdrawal before clearing: If you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements on an active bonus, ac777a reserves the right to deduct the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it before processing the withdrawal.

All games available on the ac777a Platform are subject to the following general gaming rules, supplemented by game-specific rules available within each individual game interface:

• RNG certification: All random-outcome games at ac777a use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by ac777a, the player, or any third party.
• Malfunction voids all bets: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or game interruption, ac777a reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. ac777a is not liable for losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ac777a Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or playing under another person's name or identity

• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including through coordinated betting strategies
• Participating in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of sports integrity violation
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illicit financial activity
• Depositing funds from payment methods not registered in your own name
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward ac777a staff or other players
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software infrastructure

ac777a reserves the right to take any and all actions it deems necessary upon detection of prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances and pursuit of legal remedies where applicable.

All content on the ac777a Platform, including but not limited to the ac777a brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, data and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of ac777a or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without ac777a's prior written consent.

ac777a's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player to ac777a in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ac777a does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond ac777a's reasonable control. ac777a shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your ac777a account by contacting support at [email protected] or by using the self-exclusion tool in your account settings. Upon closure, any verified PKR real-money balance (excluding bonus funds with incomplete wagering) will be returned to your registered payment method.

ac777a may terminate or suspend your account with immediate effect and without prior notice where:

• You have materially breached any provision of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity is detected or reasonably suspected on your account
• Your continued use of the Platform poses a legal, regulatory or reputational risk to ac777a
• You are found to have provided false information during registration or verification
• Required by a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority

Upon termination for cause, ac777a reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold verified PKR balances pending investigation. Real-money balances in accounts terminated without cause will be returned after deducting any amounts owed to ac777a.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ac777a Platform shall first be addressed through ac777a's internal dispute resolution process:

• Step 1: Submit a formal complaint to ac777a support at [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the remedy you are seeking.
• Step 2: ac777a will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 15 business days.
• Step 3: If you are unsatisfied with ac777a's response, you may escalate the matter through applicable dispute resolution channels in your jurisdiction.

All decisions made by ac777a in respect of game outcomes, account management and bonus eligibility are final, subject only to formal dispute escalation as described above.

ac777a reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ac777a will notify registered players by email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12 (Termination) above.
